Mentoring on Reporting in the CDP-ICLEI Track: webinar by ICLEI South America and CDP
ICLEI South America and CDP will hold, on September 11, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (GMT-3), the webinar “Mentoring on Reporting in the ICLEI-CDP Track”, with support from the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy (GCoM).
The session will be a space to understand why reporting matters, how to carry out the reporting process, and how the disclosed data can contribute to the planning and climate action of local and regional governments.
During the webinar, specialists and representatives from partner organizations will present best reporting practices, experiences from local governments, and guidance for completing the platform. There will also be a dedicated space for answering participants’ questions.
In addition to gaining a better understanding of the reporting process, participants will learn how the quality and disclosure of environmental data help strengthen transparency, identify governments’ specific needs, and support the development of more targeted climate plans and actions.
The webinar is aimed at local and regional governments, especially members of ICLEI South America, GCoM signatories, and other municipalities interested in learning about or improving their reporting on the CDP-ICLEI Track, with special attention to governments in the Amazon region.
