Description

The cooperation between the intermunicipal consortium of the western region of São Paulo (Cioeste) in Brazil and the Regional Development Agency Bielsko-Biała in Poland focused on economic development in the area of ICT (information and communication technologies). In addition, it also sought the use of the regions as a hub to access the Brazilian and Polish markets.
