Description

The Portfolio of local adaptation and capacity building measures for local governments is the result of a consultation process with 24 Costa Rican local governments from different areas of the country, validation workshops, as well as consultations with organizations specialized in this topic, such as the National Meteorological Institute (IMN), the National Emergency Commission (CNE), the National Union of Local Governments (UNGL), the Climate Change Directorate (DCC), and the Ministry of National Planning and Economic Policy (MIDEPLAN).
